Directions
- Combine first five ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Simmer for ten minutes.
- Add the spices and bring back to boil.
- Simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for two hours or more.
- Add the last two ingredients and reheat.
- Serve with your favorite Christmas cookies.
