Cider Gelatin Recipe

Cold water
Few grains salt
Directions
- Soften gelatin in cold water.
- Heat 1/2 of the cider to boiling.
- Pour over gelatin.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add salt.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Continue stirring until dissolved.
- Add cold cider.
- Pour into molds.
- If desired, 1/2 cup diced celery, 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped pimento may be added.
